ThinkLogic Business Development / Sales
The candidate will be responsible for selling custom web-based software, dynamic and static websites, all inclusive hosting, and other software services in a variety of vertical market segments including automotive, education, and financial. This position is a full-time mid level position and will report directly to the CEO. Salespeople should be able to generate $1 million per year of new business through sales opportunities valued at $20k to $0.5 million dollars per year working with prospective clients with annual revenues of $10 to $100 million dollar a year.

Qualified candidates should possess:
  • Ability to close new accounts and drive new business to the organization through attending networking events, cold calling, creating syndicated partnerships, and other prospecting methods. The candidate will initiate all areas of the sales cycle from prospecting, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, performing software demonstrations, needs analysis, and preparing and delivering proposals and contracts to negotiate the sale.
  • Provide strong post sales support and work with existing clients to continually create additional opportunities and revenue.
  • Thorough understanding of complex sales cycle.
Top earners can earn $100,000 - $250,000 or more! This position offers a base salary (between $20,000 and $60,000 yearly) in addition to a monthly bonus and no cap commission plan. Our commission structure consists of 5-15% of total GROSS sales (percentages vary depending on experience level, base salary range, and product type). After a 3 month probationary period, candidates will be eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance, vacation time, and 401k.
